From all the staff here at Restless Winds Carriage Service, we would like to congratulate you on your upcoming marriage.  We also would like to thank you for considering our service on your big day.

We know that getting all off your wedding arrangements completed can be stressful and want you to know that we will do everything we can to ensure that your transportation arrangements are professional and comfortable.  We will do everything in our power to work with you and help make your dreams a reality.  We can make your wedding memorable by offering you an elegant departure and arrival in a horse-drawn carriage.

vis-a-vis

Service can be provided for just the bride and groom or the entire wedding party. You can select from either or both of our carriages.  We offer a Vis-a-Vis (face-to-face seating) carriage that can seat four comfortably and our surrey (row-type seating) can seat up to six. The Vis-a-Vis offers a convertible top and the surrey has a fixed roof.

There are some things to consider when choosing a carriage service for your event. Most notably, is the distance between the ceremony and the reception.  Our horses travel about 4 miles per hour so it can take 15-20 minutes to travel one mile.   That does not mean that you should be deterred from using our carriage service if the total travel distance is longer than a few miles.  We can pick your party up after the ceremony and take you to a pre-arranged location, upon which other arrangements can be made to finish your journey or we can arrange a pick-up closer to your reception and you can arrive at the reception in the carriage.

Prices start at $775 depending on distance traveled, your location, and your specific needs.

TESTIMONIALS:

"From top to bottom and beginning to end, it was a pleasure working with Restless Winds Carriage in the weeks leading up to the proposal.  I was surprised and impressed at the classy presentation of their recently-restored vis-a-vis carriage, and my soon-to-be fiancee was speechless.  Every detail was perfect and every expectation was surpassed.  We couldn't have asked for a better ride on the day of our engagement!"
